Cleon Peterson is an LA-based artist who draws chaotic and violent paintings showing clashing figures and symbolizes a ‘struggle’ between power and submission in the fluctuating architecture of contemporary society. His works have aggressive and violent topics that are banned and veiled. He was influenced by comic book artists in his childhood and all his artworks featured similar looking characters. Considering his background and the characteristics of his works, the Main concept for this book comes from the Fairytale of Brutality, banned and veiled story and applying it to comic book grids and components from his artworks.
