On any given day you can find me with a sketchbook, a journal, a food log and a planner. All of this is to help me deal with my anxiety, bulimia, ocd and just over all stress. But the consistent problem i have is only using these things (aside from my sketchbook) when im stressed or overwhelmed. Which leads to pages upon pages that go untouched and are wasted because they are pre-dated. So why not be able to make a customizable book based on what you need to help you with your every day life. Where you dictate the layout of what sections you want and just how many pages you need of them. Where the date is a fill in the blank at the bottom of every page so no page ever goes to waste.
