Dim Lab is a restaurant with a mission to make delicious dim sum accessible to everyone around New York City. To get rid of the traditional dim sum restaurant label, we added a DIY Lab in the restaurant as one of our features. People can make their one-of-a-kind dim sum while waiting for their food.
