When it first opened, it differed from most record companies as it gives decision-making authori ty to artists and producers, giving them complete creative control. The record label signs some of the most eccentric, edgy artists in the industry, including Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, Fergie, Madonna, and Disclosure.
