We were tasked to identify Maniezheh's key pain points as a logistics coordinator at Wolff Olins and address them in a way that makes her and her coworkers feel more successful at their job. Since there are no metrics in place to track her success, Maniezheh often feels frustrated and undervalued at her job. Research shows that financial incentives do not improve employee performance or satisfaction. While Maniezheh loves to travel and is constantly booking travel, she never actually travels herself. That is how we came up with the concept of Akroo where Maniezheh will be able to earn mileage points for every time she books trips for her coworkers. This way, Maniezheh is motivated to book trips. Her coworkers will lose additional points if they don't meet deadlines.
