Wagon Country Barbecue is a midscale restaurant established in 1993 and inspired by Wild West Chuck wagons of the late 1800’s. Offering its patrons Southern comfort food with authentic old-world charm, meals are cooked in Dutch ovens and iron skillets, allowing restaurant-goers the opportunity to enjoy the same rich, savory flavors their ancestors did. Unlike the traveling Chuck wagons of old, this establishment is stationary; however, the repeating motif of the dashed line pays homage
to the historic role that Chuck wagons played in history.
