VHS Memorial is a series of shrine installations I created of my favorite childhood films, including Beauty and the Beast and Dr. Dolittle. Each VHS was shot on an 80’s inspired floral backdrop, accompanied by 2 to 3 objects that I felt best represented the theme and essence of each film. I created one large shrine installation complete with religious statues, flowers, and drops of popcorn in remembrance of our old friend.
