This project is based off of the therapy of the same name DBT,
Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. Originally with DBT, the process is
constantly logging thoughts and ideas in hopes of recognizing
harmful behaviors and changing them. The actual process is
very tedious, with diary entry keeping and printout worksheets
patients fill out. My intention with this project was to create a
way to make people want to write these things down without it
feeling like too much of a chore.
