"The Invented Man" was a 6 month process detailing the life of Boyd Harris, a jazz musician in the 1920s that never existed. After writing the script of Boyd's life, artifacts (such as apartment keys, birth certificates, and letters home) were fabricated and aged by hand to bring the character to life, all artifacts were eventually gathered and laid out into a biographical book about Harris.
