La Sera translates to the evening, it is a vineyard in Northern Italy that produces Barbera wine from three varieties of grapes. Because each variation is named after an evening term, I decided each should be represented by a lady dressed up for an evening out. Each lady is illustrated to represent the type; il sogno, il cielo and il falo meaning dream, sky and campfire.
The company was established in the early 1900’s so naturally the style is Art Deco. The style started with gold but each flavor needed to stand out aside from the illustration, so the idea of different colored metalics was applied.
