A poorly translated text can ruin a whole book. These six books are a reaction to the lousy translation to the Swedish writer August Strindberg’s short stories.
The books are both in Swedish and in English. The Swedish version of the books leans heavy on tradition and has a minimalistic style. The American version is made with not a second to spare. The English translation is just inserted and stapled into the original Swedish books.
