Tasked with creating a sneaker commercial, my classmate Daniel Abary and I chose to create an animated ad for the Nike ACG Air Revaderchi.
ACG, which stands for All Conditions Gear, was formed in 1989 and was created to function in all climates. As this is the core of ACG, we created abstract images of weather conditions, combined with bold typography. It's Changed, by Dr. Lonnie Smith plays under the animation, solidifying the tone of the outdoors. We decided to extract from the frames and construct a set of posters that serve as a form of art and a static piece of advertising that exists in the real world, further expanding on the identity.
