Self Portrait animation done using my digital collages of 35mm photographs. Film photography lends itself well to experimentation. When I pick up a roll of film from the camera store I particularly enjoy creating "Reels" or strips of digitally collaged photographs. Since each roll of film has its unique color palette and grain, and the nature of shooting film lends itself well to storytelling, each reel indeed is like a mini storyline. This animation is the result of me attempting to animate these many reels of mine.
