I choose a Chinese short poem A Smile by Poet Phyllis Lin. This poem depicts the elegant and pure smile of a young girl.
The visuals of this animation would be based on the excerpt of the poem, as its simile and metaphor clearly depict the imagery.
A Smile (Excerpt)
By Phyllis Lin
There smile her eyes and her lips
And the rotund eddies on her face
Brilliant like dewy dips
The buds of smile dodge
In the shine of her pearly teeth
There smiles her undone curly hair
That by her ears stays loosely apart
Gentle and soft like a flower shade
That is a smile
A cloud to float
A wave to start
