Boleto is an international independent photography gallery in New York. It showcases various aspects of photography production and content. Boleto focuses especially on political and social issues, as pictures have great power to affect viewers' feelings. The key color of this project is red, representing the darkroom. Darkrooms use red lighting so that light-sensitive photographic paper does not become overexposed and ruin pictures during the developing process.
