Discussing Time

Discussing Time Discussing Time Discussing Time Discussing Time Discussing Time
Discussing Time is divided into two parts, with the first being sculpture of the four letters to define "time" from my point of view. Time to me is a kind of record, a witness and a measurement of life. It records all of your growth, and it leaves a trace. The forms of time and existence are passing, changing, and becoming eternal in our memories. The second part is a brochure design with excerpts from Einstein's theory of relativity, a description of my sculpture’s concept, and the perception of my sculpture from my classmates. The layout of the brochure was influenced by the typographic format of the illustrated scriptures of the Dark Ages. In order to create such historical feeling, I needed to refer to ancient book samples. By understanding the characteristics of quaint article typography, we can use the modern digital means to creatively implement the elegant typography of the old era.
