An app where users can do job hunting that matches their special requirements or abilities, ensuring their rights are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The platform provides qualified disability discrimination lawyers, sign language interpreters with different specialties, and more.
There will also be a forum that allows users with disabilities to ask for advice or share experiences and tips during job interviewing and later in the work field. There will be chances for people to review and reflect on the facilities and policies of a company regarding the deaf/deaf-mute community.
