A menu set I designed for HaidiLao, which is a global hotpot chain founded in 1994 by Sichuan native Zhang Yong that has grown to nearly 500 restaurants in 13 countries.
Design Concept: “Memorial to the Throne.” The restaurant is famous for the extraneous and hospitable services provided to customers. Designing the menu for customers in the form of a traditional document (memorial) sent
to the emperors in ancient China, I wished to show their servicing principle that customers are paramount.
