One night, the “Fish Cat” is standing on a roof, staring at city lights. The Fish Cat goes out to meet a friend, “Cloudy,” to roam around the city with as usual—until they bump into a “Hand,” who is stealing jewelry from a store. They run, the hand runs. They hide, the hand hides. This chasing continues back and forth for a while. Finally, Fish Cat and Cloudy corner the Hand to the wall. But the Hand is not alone...
