Using only two “tools” I created images based on a carrot. My tools were a scanner and iPhone video. My approach was to take videos of myself cutting, chopping, hitting, slicing, boiling (torturing) a carrot. I then placed my iPhone on the scanner while the videos played. Then I edited and compiled the resulting images into a book and paired it with poetry relating to torture.
