“Clarity” is a video project that explores the similarities between the movement of the human body and the growth of crystals. The connection between these subjects are made through visuals but have symbolic meaning as well. The formation of a crystal occurs when a solution is saturated, and from the high concentration of minerals a organized and structured crystal forms. Much like the overflowing of emotion being poured out and restructured in dance. This form of self expression and release of energy are both chaotic and beautiful.
