Neon Genesis is an exploration of the tension between two different paired sets of texts. For this book, the first few chapters from the book of Genesis and the WIKI lore page of Evangelion are paired together to create a unique typographical experience. The two texts are in dialogue by the red, loud Evangelion text overlaid on top of the classically set black text of the bible.
