Pierrepont Anchor Gin was a gin with a secret upstate New York recipe from two hundred years ago written by Hezekiah Pierrepont. With the first approach, I decided to show the architecture from that timeline to connect with the story and history behind it. For the second approach, I wanted to show the poetic side of the story and how this recipe has survived until today. I used an image from upstate New York and turned
it into a bit map to represent that in each little dot, there’s a rich history within.
