Bikeflix

Bikeflix Bikeflix Bikeflix Bikeflix Bikeflix Bikeflix
This project focuses on creating a digital experience. I designed the concept of "Bikeflix," a collaboration between Netflix and CitiBike. For this experience, I created a poster, bike wrapping design, and exclusive AR-enhanced bike parking stops. The target users are movie lovers and tourists in New York City, who can enjoy an immersive, AR-powered experience that interacts with real-world locations. A GPS attached to the bike provides real-time information about nearby movie filming locations based on the user’s route. Exclusive bike parking is available only for Bikeflix users at filming locations. When five or more users gather, relevant scenes from the movie are played as AR videos. Bikeflix users can access these bikes and watch a movie at their destination, creating a unique cinematic experience. The user journey is divided into four stages: 1. Real-Time Tracking : The GPS attached to the bike shares the real-time locations of Bikeflix users. 2. Interactive Map : The GPS not only provides navigation but also highlights nearby Bikeflix users and filming locations. 3. Engagement Prompts : As users pass by designated movie screening spots, they receive notifications inviting them to join. 4. AR Movie Experience : If users arrive at the screening location on time, they can park their bikes and enjoy the film on an AR display while sitting on their bike or standing nearby. Each film lasts approximately 10–15 minutes.
