Voiceless

Voiceless Voiceless Voiceless Voiceless Voiceless
This project explores voicelessness through traditional Chinese funeral offerings, where communication happens without spoken language or response. Using joss paper money and protective talismans as a starting point, I developed a graphic system that emphasizes absence, repetition, and reduced legibility. By removing clarity, hierarchy, and full meaning from familiar symbols and text, the work reflects a form of communication that is present but unresolved, sent, but never answered.
