SIT WITH ME is an interactive bench developed from my observation that people in public space often sit side by side while remaining in their own private world. Inspired by the seesaw, I combined bodily interaction, controlled instability, and a sensor-triggered sound system using Arduino and DFPlayer Mini to transform public seating into a shared experience of balance, listening, and attention to others. Recorded city sounds respond to shifts in body weight, while the red, yellow, and blue seating panels represent different individuals connected through one shared structure, allowing interaction to emerge through balance, movement, and proximity.
