Hypna is a speculative sleep project that started from my own experience with insomnia and frustration with sleep aids that felt too harsh or overly technical. I was interested in exploring what a softer, more human approach to sleep might look like, focusing on creating the right conditions for rest rather than forcing it. The project takes the form of a wearable sleep hood and a simple interface that treats sleep as a gradual transition instead of an instant action, rethinking how sleep technology could feel more intuitive and less intrusive.
