The goal was to come up with ideas to benefit and promote the use of MTA public transportation. My idea was to make use of the space across the subway platforms which is an eyesore. Installing high definition screen can dramatically improve the riders experience. Serves as emergency announcements and lighting. Real time video can be shown while the people wait. Live footage from places where the MTA can take you can entice people to use its services or recreation also, not just forgoing to work.
