SVA Advanced Typography
“The Art of the Letter” was designed by Doyald Young. The book was distributed by Mohawk paper. The reinterpretation of his design simplifies his typography lessons through comparisons and close ups. Two books were made to separate the serif and san-serif letters.
Typeset in Trade Gothic, ITC New Baskerville, Bodoni, Helvetica (T1), Gill Sans (TT), and Hallmarke.
