This project is to rebrand the existed show which is called National Hardware Show. A brief description of the show is follwing: The National Hardware Show (NHS) is held every year by Reed Exhibitions in Las Vegas. It is a housing after-market show that brings together manufacturers and resellers of all products used to remodel, repair, maintain and decorate the home and garden. The purpose of recreating the identity of the project is to help people optimize and freshen up the show in a new and playful way. Much more than just technical solutions that look good, it helps its show create a whole mood and atmosphere. I’ve designed a clean, minimal and yet distinctive identity, putting emphasis on their new identity. Through the idea that the show is held especially in the United States, I came up with to create their logo using the shape of the American flag. This way viewers can learn more not only about the American hardware but also bring the awareness to repair their own house by themselves.
