Workingman’s Death is a 2005 Austrian-German documentary film written and directed by Michael Glawogger that deals with the extremes to which workers go to earn a living in several countries around the world and is composed of six chapters: Heroes, Ghosts, Lions, Brothers, and The Future. The concept for the packaging stems from the dualistic nature the documentary portrays. On the surface is a cold exploration of the dark side of humanity but upon deeper investigation a connection is formed with the individual workers that show the viewer that they are very much as human as we are.
