In our current technological era it has been said we are slowly losing touch with the things essential to humanity and people have become nostalgic about what’s getting lost in our rush to move forward. This book depicts our reaction to the rapid technological changes and the aim is to provide a nostalgic experience with every turn of the page.
In the first chapter of the book, the left pages illustrates changes of camera technology from analog to digital. The analog images are inspired by “accidental” analog photographs and the digital images by computer crashed screens.
The second chapter, the right pages, starts from the back cover. This chapter begins with articles and essays about modern technologies and ends with analog nostalgia.
