Collecting leaves is a nostalgic ritual of mine and is also a reminder of how subtle and romantic nature can be.
Connecting mood with the collected leaf of the same day makes the ritual of mine unique. This is a collective calendar of mood and object with marks of nature and is also a record which I can look back on with appreciation. The date also becomes a unique code for the colour of the day. For example, S1007 reads as Sunday, October 7th.
