The purpose of this project was to search the target, insights and business goals by understanding users’ needs and behaviors, and to provide relevant, pleasant, and easy experience to users by exploring American Museum of Natural History. To be specific, I updated user interface based on the observation of users’ behaviors and situations for users. My idea was to understand the needs and values of the museum guests, and to combine them with the visitor centered system and present or futuristic experience.
