TOMS will design a special shoebox that looks like a backpack. There will be a message written across the shoebox that the consumers can buy some school supplies in exchange for a free pair of shoes, and TOMS will donate the supplies to third world country kids. There are 1.7 billion kids who need school supplies for their education but they can't afford them. This is the best way to advertise TOMS one-for-one promise and make diverse group of people to help the poor kids solve their education problem.
