This project is both a tribute to the classic Helvetica typeface and a deconstruction of it. Helvetica Unravelled seeks to rethink the anatomy of a typeface. Imagining that each letter was made of string, I measured the length of each stroke — straight and curved — within every letter, then unravelled them into straight lines.
