The original cover is a photograph of the band members. My goal of this redesign is to graphically illustrate the emotion of Elephant Kashimashi's music, while staying true to the genre of Japanese rock. The music is aggressive yet surrounded by a dreamy halo. Lyrics are poetic and melancholy. Thus I chose a light color combination to create a stronger contrast to the bi-polar emotions.
