Increasingly more and more “television” programming is shifting to and often embracing “streaming” as a realistic if not the best delivery method for a mass audience. Traditionally this programming was primarily funded by advertisers and seasonal “Up Fronts” educated advertisers and vendors about upcoming network shows.
