Union Square is a national historic landmark. Historically, many political activities happened in Union Square.
I wanted to emphasize this feature of the place. I'm inspired by the quote "History and Politics are our mirror." Because the activities and speeches that have taken place at Union Square affect and reflect on the citizens of our society, I wanted to incorporate mirror textures into my re-branding.
