Very Fresh Noodles is a noodle shop located at Chelsea Market in New York City. Its authentic food attracts many tourists and office workers. Their signature “Biang Biang” noodles are traditional hand-pulled noodles from Northern China. The English typeface was inspired by the characteristics of the Chinese typeface. Just like the noodle shop itself, it is a combination of east and west.
