My rebranded version of Casper focuses on romanticizing the sleeping experience. A surreal, vintage mystic idea of sleep carries the imagery that dreams and portals to better worlds will come if you sleep on a Casper mattress. This starkly contrasts the previous Casper, where the message was a simple, straightforward sales pitch to buy a mattress. The new logo swoops and has a high contrast and quirks that leave simple sans serifs behind. I was also asked to push the branding even further and design what a first subway campaign could look like.
