The goal of this project was to improve the visitor experience at an existing museum. To achieve this, I conducted an analysis of the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG). One major issue with the museum was its café, as visitors needed a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden surroundings. The existing cafe did not provide sufficient space for visitors to relax. To address this issue, I led the rebranding of the café at the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG). The redesigned café provides a comfortable space for guests to relax and enjoy nature while enjoying their drinks. The café design concept blends natural elements with Asian cultural influences, such as wood, temples, and relaxation, to create a harmonious space. To ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience, I began by designing the café logo and then proceeded to create a menu featuring additional options. To help visitors cherish their experience at the garden, I designed unique souvenirs for them to take home and remember their visit by. I also created social media and web pages to promote the new café and its offerings.
