This is a website that I created for my Typography class during Women's history month, 2023. The assignment was to do a typographic exploration of a monument in new york city. I chose the women's rights memorial monument and took photos, typographic rubbings, created a logo, and matched the typeface to R Rollie Semibold. I wanted to create something that would tell the history of these women, explore the typography used in the monument and encourage viewers to take another step and explore current organizations contributing to women's rights, so I did some research and included a separate page for this.
