This poke brand is based on Japanese style. 選ぶ means an action of “Picking up something”. It’s a personalized brand with a system that allows you to pick your own toppings for your poke.
We’ve maintained a one-person meal type in our shop. Our poke brand primarily uses a combination of white and red colors. Coming from Japan, our restaurants are able to attract people’s attention with the freshness and uniqueness of poke and promote enjoyable dining.
