Inspired by the Netflix series Orange is the New Black, I chose to create a book series with a focus on a specific character for each book. In season two they took us more in depth on how the characters ended up in prison and the audience really responded to it- so giving the audience more of what they want only seemed fitting. They'd be able to grow up with each character, understand them and what past events lead them to their present location; of course their is a digital version as well.
