To receive feedback on people’s MTA commuting experience. The survey is taken by punching holes into your chosen answer, referring to conductors punching tickets on trains. Each subway line on the survey asks about a different aspect of the commute. These results were then documented and along with it introduces a new FOB metrocard. These new cards correlate to the different subway lines and can only be purchased at the coordinating station.
