Pact is a subscription based coffee delivery service in the UK. They needed a way to expand their customer base through Facebook. We did this by combining two insights; Facebook is the place where friends keep in touch, and we usually catch up with an old friend over a cup of coffee. The result was the Pact-Pact event. Users simply invite a friend to catch up using Facebook’s video chat. Once they set a date Pact delivers their coffee the morning of the event.
