New Yorkers are always in a rush; the only downtime we really have is while we're waiting for the train. We spend over 200hrs a year underground! That is why I propose an Underground Museum, an interactive experience within the MTA subway system. The museum will use motion sensors and WiFi connection to give people the ability to manipulate the art.
