The objective of this project was to create a unique viewing experience for music. Olafur’s ‘Island Songs’ consists of 7 pieces, so I designed 7 different sleeves. Then, I created 7 different music videos that can be played on a phone, placed in the back of the LP box, and viewed behind each sleeve. By doing this, the box gives viewers a way to appreciate album art, while experiencing a moving, video element.
