Dear Officer is a visual representation that was inspired by Elizabeth Shiftwell's, "Dear Officer, I See You". This short was created to pay homage to both Officer Liu and Officer Ramos, and the rest of the police force, which I would have been a part of if I did not choose to transfer into the School of Visual Arts.
